Can't find what you're looking for? Reach us at info@rhythmap.com.
Tap "Sign Up", choose a username, enter your email address and a secure password. During sign-up you'll be asked to pick a role — Artist, Fan, Promoter, or Business. Your role shapes the tools and experience available to you from day one. Verify your email via the link we send you, and you're ready to go.
Each role unlocks tools tailored to its needs — artists can upload music and be discovered, fans can discover and share playlists, promoters can organize events, and businesses can connect with music communities. This keeps the experience focused and powerful for every user.
After sign-up you go through an onboarding flow that guides you through setting up your profile. Depending on your role — especially for Promoters and Businesses — you may need to complete verification before you can fully enter your profile. The process ensures every user gets the right tools from the start.
Verification happens during onboarding — before you even enter your profile. It gives Promoters and Businesses access to the event-creation tools, ticketing, and revenue-share features. It also keeps the platform trustworthy for artists and fans.
If you're a Fan or Artist, tap the discovery icon in the top-left corner of your profile page. It surfaces nearby artists, music, and events based on your location. You can also search by name or genre to find people and content across the platform.
Unlike other platforms that rely on trending algorithms, Rhythmap surfaces artists, tracks, and events that are physically near you — giving you hyper-local relevance and helping you connect with your real community.
Playlists are available to Fans and Artists only. Tap the create icon and navigate to ShareHub. From there you can build a new playlist, add tracks and videos, and share it with your followers — a feature unique to Rhythmap that no other platform offers.
Yes! You can add video content to playlists. For best results use MP4 format — other formats may not render as well.
Yes. Open the playlist, tap the edit icon, make your changes, and save. Deleting a playlist removes it from public view but does not affect the individual tracks or videos.
No. Your playlists are yours — only you can add, sort, or remove content. Sharing means others can view and enjoy your playlist, not edit it.
Absolutely. When creating an event, choose a future date and time. The event will appear in discovery feeds as the date approaches.

Private events are on our roadmap and coming in a future update. Stay tuned!
Coming SoonThe best way is to message the other promoter or organizer directly inside the app and coordinate from there.
When a ticket is sold through an event page, the agreed-upon percentage is automatically transferred to the promoter's payout account via Stripe. Details are discussed with each partner individually.
Rhythmap uses Stripe to process payments and send payouts. For specific payout thresholds and timing, refer to the payout details in your account dashboard once your event is live.
Yes. Deleting your account permanently removes all your uploads, playlists, and event data. We ask for confirmation before proceeding to prevent accidental loss.
